Mentoring Journey – What happens when you join?

Step 1

  • Once the the Mentor and Mentee signs up to the program, the program manager reviews and approves the application.
  • The program manager then communicates with the applicant with more information.

Step 2

The program Manager Matches a Mentee with a Mentor based on his/her requirements.

Step 3

The program Manager introduces the Mentor to the Mentee and they subsequently start building a Mentor-Mentee relationship.

Step 4

The Mentor and Mentee begins their virtual session.

Step 5

Once a month, the Mentor and Mentee will meet virtually until the required timeframe.

Step 6

The program Manager and Mentor will check-in with the Mentee between sessions.
